Village assemblies have begun in Zugdidi municipality

General meetings have begun in the Samegrelo-Zemovani region under the Rural Support Program. Meetings and public consultations were held today in Zugdidi Municipalityvillages: Rukhi and Orulu.

The process of selecting priorities by the populationattended the State Representative of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Alexander Motserelia and Zugdidi Municipality Mayor Giorgi Shengelia.

 The budget of the village support program is GEL 40 million.

The program finances small infrastructure projects in municipalities. The projects selected by the villages will be submitted to the municipal council for approval.
