Restoration of Niko Dadiani’s palace completed.

Vice-Premier, Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure Maia Tskitishvili and State Representative of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti  Alexander Motserelia observed the renovated Niko’s Palace in Zugdidi.Rehabilitation works of the unique architecture building have been completed. The palace is known as the residence for the final regent of the Principality of Samegrelo; Niko Dadiani’s palace has restored its original appearance.

The rehabilitation of the building has been implementedunder the initiative of National Agency for Cultural Heritage Preservation, and supported by the Government of Georgia, through funding of the National Agency of Cultural Heritage and "Cartu" foundation.

The Vice-Premier and the State Representative also visited the works of the Chess Palace in Zugdidi.At this time,the venueundergoes second stage of the works supposed to be finished by the end of July.
