Poti becomes friend city for Maardu, Estonia

Poti has become a friend of the city of Estonia. The agreement was signed between Poti City Mayor Gocha Kurdgelia and Vladimir Arkhipov, the Mayor of Estonia. The ceremony was held in the hall of the art center.

The event was attended by the members of the Ukrainian city of Chernomorsk delegation who visited Poti in the frames of the press conference.

The members of Maardu delegation, together with the Ukrainian guests, visited Poti Port, Hydrographic Service and "New University of Georgia". They visited the Kolkheti National Park.

Maardu is the twelfth  friend city for Poti. It is located at the Finnish Gulf and is the largest port city in Estonia.
