Veterans provided with free medical examinations in Zugdidi by initiative of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Governor

By the initiative of the Governor of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti and with the support of local authorities and the State Veterans Affairs Service veterans will get receive free medical examinations in Zugdidi,.

The examinations are being conducted at the Polyclinic of Internally Displaced Persons where veterans and their family members are provided with latest equipment, various cardiology researches, and doctors of the Chapidze Emergency Cardiology Center.

Within the medical action, up to 200 patients will be provided with cardiologic profile - electrocardiogram, ecosystem and laboratory examinations. In case of need, patients will undergo treatment course at Chapidze Clinic.

Dato Kodua, Deputy Governor of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti and chairman of the Zugdidi City Hall Mamuka Tsotsia, together with the representatives of the State Department of Veterans Affairs observed the action progress.

On the initiative of the Governor, free examination actions  for veterans have been held in Zugdidi and Samegrelo region for several times and it will continue in the future.
