The May 26's preparatory works intensively underway in Zugdidi

Independence Day is celebrated grandly in Zugdidi. Preparatory works on Z. Gamsakhurdia Avenue are at the last stage.

On May 26, large scale events are planned throughout the day. Zugdidi will be revived in 1918, retro and modern spaces, ethnographic corners, art, entertainment, cognition and sports spaces will be revived. Exhibition and sale of handmade items and felt works will be arranged.

Freedom Square will be represented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Zugdidi City Hall Locations on both sides of Gamsakhurdia Avenue. The gala concert will be closed at 19:30.
