Malkhaz Toria  has been appointed first Deputy the State Representative of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti.

Malkhaz Toria is a lawyer by profession; The State Representative Alexander Motserelia introduced him to the staff today.

Malkhaz Toria has also experience of working at the Deputy Head of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of  Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Division, the position of Advisor the Director of "Georgian Manganese" Ltd, the deputy of the State Representative,  and Head of the Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Main Division of the State Security Service.
