Meeting with EBRD Regional Director

The State Representative of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Alexander Motserelia and Zugididi Municipality Meyor Giorgi Shengelia held a meeting  with European Bank for the Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Caucasus Regional Director, Catarina Bjorlin Hansen.

The first introductory meeting  an exploring further collaborations and partnerships between the parties.

Activities of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Georgia and priority directions were discussed at the meeting. Special emphasis was made on such  programs that are being impended by  European Bank for the Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

It was noted that the EBRD is one of the largest investors in the Georgian economy and a supporter of the ongoing economic reforms.

The State Representative and Zugdidi Municipality Meyor provided information on large scale infrastructure projects and such projects where European Bank for the Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) involvement will necessary.
