Government officials have met with locals In Tsalenjikha villages
Central and local government representatives have met with population of Tsalenjikha villages and become aware of their challenges and needs. The meeting attanded by the Deputy of the State Representative of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Davit Phartsvania, First Deputy Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia Zaza Bokhua, Tsalenjikha-Tchkhorotsku majoritarian MP Goga Gulordava and local authorities.Problems identified during the meeting will be envisaged in next year budget to find their solutions. This time the meetings were held in the administrative units of Etseri, mikava and Nakiphu in Tsalenjikha Municipality.
Representatives of local authorities briefed about the projects to be implemented in Tsalenjikha municipality. The efficiency of the village support program and involvement of citizen was particularly emphasized, and also the fact, that the local population is so flexible to choose the projects to be implemented.
At the meeting with population talked about the State programs, special emphasis were made on infrastructure, health, social care and agriculture projects.
The Representative of Government briefed about the projects to be implemented in Tsalenjikha municipality, the efficiency of the village support program, agriculture projects, the State nut protection program etc.
During the meeting, the population put their priority on the rehabilitation of internal roads, village gasification issue and water supply rehabilitation.
The problems identified during the meeting will be envisaged in next year budget to find their solutions.
After the meeting the Deputy of the State Representative got acquainted with the rehabilitation works at Etseri and Nakipu schools.
