Visiting the Tea Industry in Martvili

The State Representative of Samegrelo -Zemo Svaneti Alexander Motserelia observed the production process in Tea Factory “Martvili” in the village Didi Chkoni.

The State Representative  and ,,Tea Masters Cap” representatives were briefed about the manufacturing process. Tea "Martvili” possesses about 102 hectares of plantation, and this year 500 tones of raw materials are supposed to process in the factory. 40 personsnare employed in tea plant. According to the statement of the State Representative, the Bio Tea is widely demanded product across the world market, being at the same time very profitable product for business and significant employment opportunity for our citizens.
