5. Gala concert in Zugdidi - May 26

Gala Concert was held to celebrate Independence Day in Zugdidi and the local people were congratulated on the country's Independence Day with spectacular fireworks. Afterward, the scene was allocated to the amazing group of techno music performers to set a perfect tone of the day and keep the festive mood of May 26.

At concluding stage, several  music bands: Rezo and Children, Nicolshow, Vakis Parki and singers: Natia Todua and Elene Pochkhua performed for the local population.

The newly appointed Mayor Giorgi Shengelia and the Prime Minister's adviser Irakli Chikovani addressed to Zugdidi population and congratulated them on Independence Day once more.

An idea of celebration of Independence Day in Zugdidi was suggested by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
