Regarding Tkibuli shaft Tragedy, 16 July was declared as Mourning Day

According to the decision of the Prime Minister of Georgia Mamuka Bakhtadze, July 16 was declared as mourning day regarding the tragedy in Tkibuli shaft.

Regarding the mourning day, the state flag was raised on the building of the Governor of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti.
